Were blessed this year to find a piece of property through a friend of a friend, who lives next door and is in his 80s. Got an epic deal on it with a 3 year owner financing agreement. It's far better than we thought we'd be able to afford (God is good) and we're so excited to move on to it in a few months and start building our homestead from scratch. Any bears doing something similar would love to collaborate on ideas. We have a lot of ambition but very little experience. Also, if you're in Washington State or PNW and doing the same maybe we can trade some good old fashioned labor and help each other out.
