I meant to start my garden in the fall by covering everything with cardboard to kill the grass but was too pregnant and tired to get organized. We have access to a neighbour's rototiller. What's the best way to get started now? Thinking I will take the grass/sod layer off first, add some soil amendments and go, but is there a better way?
