I shared a meme in both the Community group and Satire group a few hours ago, and it's not showing up in my posts on my page. And I've tagged @Community Support Team over a month ago and recently several times about how when I was forced to do an update from my iPhone that I hadn't updated pre-2020’s worldwide event to avoid the medical tracking when this app wouldn't open unless I did, I lost 2/3s of my friend list, from nearly 200 friends to 49. I was told they would follow up with me, and they still haven't. No offense, but we do pay for this app, and I'm highly frustrated with the bugs and losing a ton of friends on here. Is there going to be anyone stepping up to resolve this, and get back to me with missing posts and missing friends? UPDATE: People got really defensive about this post so I’m going to clarify. I’m more frustrated with losing friends than the meme. I thought my meme not saving to my profile was a glitch, hence why I was concerned until someone pointed out it might’ve been taken down, which may be the case, but I don’t know why it would. Seemed wholesome to me. If it WAS taken down, it further makes my point of the frustration of radio silence for a legitimate major issue from a forced app update as a non-priority while removing posts is the only priority. The impetus for this post was being concerned that I may have posts in the future that don’t save that I don’t have any way of getting back to. I don’t care about the meme as much as things not saving to my profile if I ever want to get back to it in the future. It tied into my frustration with the other major bug of losing nearly 150 friends with the app update and with zero response. Hope that clarifies things so that this isn’t considered just complaining, but publicly highlighting an issue I see merit with. I want this app to be the best it could be, and even if there are bugs, acknowledging people’s real frustrations with some sort of nice answer or response would make all the difference.
